O’Driscoll Lynn Architects (ODLA) was established in 2016 to provide Architectural Services to the Residential and Commercial sectors. The company has a varied client base and has cemented a reputation for reliable service and innovative design solutions.
Brian O'Driscoll headed up Brian O'Driscoll Architects for four years where he built a reputation for delivering quality architecture and providing exemplary project management prior to the establishment of ODLA.
Brian O'Driscoll's experience includes 10 years in San Francisco, where he worked at one of America’s most important Architectural firms, Skidmore Owings and Merrill. He also gained extensive experience in Healthcare Architecture and worked on several important urban infill housing developments in San Francisco.
Prior to working abroad Brian O'Driscoll worked with Scott Tallon Walker where he gained an appreciation for innovative design and detailing. Projects which he worked on include, Engineering Building UCD, O’Reilly Hall, TCD, ESB Building, Dundalk, Offices and Sound Stage, RTE, and Proposal for Financial Services Center at the Custom House Docks, Dublin.
Cormac Lynn joined Brian O’Driscoll Architects in May 2013 having returned from working abroad in the UK and Middle East for a number of years. During this time Cormac completed numerous large scale, high profile residential and hospitality projects, developing an in depth knowledge of the specific design and regulatory requirements for the different markets and environments.
Prior to travelling, Cormac spent 17 years in private practice in Ireland, working on a wide range of project types of varying scale and complexity. These include residential, retail, commercial sales,office, industrial, and community buildings.
Cormac became a director of Design Unlimited in 1997, before setting up his own practice in 2004. While working abroad, Cormac was appointed Associate Director of Grafik Architecture (UK) in 2011.
